How To Add Products On Gralor

How to upload products to your seller dashboard 

Greetings seller,

Let’s learn how to upload products from your seller dashboard, head over to the Products tab from the dashboard menu and click on “Add New” from the top right,

The product page will open, 

Now select your Product Type – Simple product or variable product

Simple products – products that don’t have any variables such as different sizes and color options are the simple product.

 Variable product – products that have many variables such as different sizes and color options are variable products

I.e. product name – Shoe 

Size – 7,8,9,10,11. 

Colors – black, yellow, red, blue.

 Gives options for users to select their preferred size and color 

Simple Product – within the center of the product upload page fill in all the details about the product 

• product title
• Price and sell price
• Give a short description – you can also show your coupons or offers here.
• long description 

On the right side of the product upload page upload product images, a bigger upload box is for the featured image, and upload at least 3 product photos showing different angles or various features of the product. 

 Select your product category depending on your product 

Add tags- tags help your products rank on the search results

Inventory and shipping settings 

Inventory

SKU – Stock keeping unit 

Manage Stock? – Select manage stock and enter your stock quantity 

Allow Backorders? –  Select the “do not allow” option here

• Do not Allow
• Allow, but notify the customer
• Allow

Stock status – if you don’t want to use the inventory option, select your stock status, 

• In stock
• Out of stock
• On backorder

Sold Individually – select if users can only buy one unit.

Shipping – 

Add weight, product dimensions, and select processing time

Dimensions (cm)

Shipping class

Processing Time – select the time you will take to ship the order to the user. 

Ready to ship in…

1-2 business days

Linked (optional) – Select your upsell and cross sell products

Up-sells

SEO – fill in these details for Google search appearance

Enter a focus keyword

Meta description

Leave this option blank.

Click on submit,

Gralor representative will review your product request

They may approve or disapprove of the product after reviewing it.

Variable product.

Attributes –

Under the attribute, settings enter your attribute details
Click on Add on add attribute section.

Make sure to check the active status
Give your attribute a name such as COLOR, SIZE, and SHAPES.

Let’s assume we want to add a T Shirt with a Black and White Color Option and the Sizes available are L, xl, and XXL.   

Again click on Add to add another attribute.

Go into the Variations section now

Click on Variations Bulk Options

Select create variations from all attributes

This will automatically create all your variants from attributes.

Click on down aero to edit your variation. Or you can use Variations Bulk Options

To edit all variants in bulk.

in Variable Product, Pricing is set on the Variation level.
